I have a 1998 Dodge Dakota 5.2 V8,and when I try to start it I turn the key and it clicks once....
It used to click 2-8 times then start, but now it just clicks every time I turn the key and nothing else happens.
The Battery is fine and the starter is fine....What else is it ? someone said its the solenoid.....?

The "click" is the solenoid engaging.

"the battery is fine", until it's been load tested, you won't know for sure.

"the starter is fine", unless you measured the voltage at the starter terminal with the key turned to "start", and got less than 11 volts or so, or jumped the battery directly to the starter, you don't know for sure.

But, since you've ruled out starter and battery, all that's left is keyswitch, wiring, and solenoid.

battery cables have internal corrosion where the cable meets the clamps. try smothering the connections in wd40 as a temporary fix.
