restart computer. the reason for the fuzzy screen is because a error accured while watching it.
1. finsh the fuzzy movie so it resets to bigging
2. restart your coputer
3. if that doesnt work re-downloude the content off perchases in i tunes store
4. if that fails go to a apple help center and ask for futher instructions.
5. if they have no solution, get very angry and write a letter and it may make you feel better.
