my wow installer stops at 88% what should i do?

I had to wipe all of my wow data from my computer the other day because i had to replace the hard drive so i can fit the new patch (4.0.1), but ever since i changed the hard drive, every time i tried to install wow again it stops at 88%; could somebody help?
