My yamaha keyboard not getting detected thru USB?

Hi all... i have a yamaha psr-i425 keyboard with USB connectivity... it was working fine till now.. but now suddenly when i connected the keyboard to my PC, its showing the USB device has malfunctioned and windows could not recognize it... but the keyboard is working fine as such ... I tried changing the cable and also tried connecting it to another laptop... but still the problem persists.. 1 thing i noticed is tht the popup that device malfunctioned displays when i connect my keyboard thru USB before switching on its power... Please help...
 
hi, i have a keyboard PSR-E413, I managed to get the files from the flash memory (user files), but it 's a bup file, and I can not open it, would you have a suggestion for my problem? thanks.
