Myfaves are missing on my G1 (from T-Mobile)?

I just got a G1 yesterday, and its under my mom and dad's family plan. They've got the Myfaves deal, so I should too. There is absolutely nothing on my phone regarding Myfaves. I've searched their site, and there is nothing at all that can help me. Help?
 
t mobile just sucks. you should contact them and see if they can do anything about it...
