Name of a horror/sci-fi movie from 80's?

Think its the 80's. This was a movie where there was an underground bunker in the middle of nowhere (cornfield I think). There was a spill in one of the containment rooms (virus got out on someone's contact lenses), and the entire facility went on lockdown. Survivors were trying to escape the folks that were reduced to a zombie-like state. i believe the cover of the movie case had a biohazard symbol.
