Here's a quick plan of what I wanted to do:
I have a two tiered display stand that I wanted to use to place some Petit Fours with "Eat Me" on them for an Alice In Wonderland party. Each colored "Eat Me" would be a different flavor, such as Raspberry, Chocolate, Banana Cream, Strawberry, etc. I was thinking a vanilla outer layer, but how do I accomplish this? I can't find a Recipe and I'm not sure how to do Fondant/Frosting. I'd like the cake to be spongy, and was wondering if I need to use Marzipan or where to get Fondant. How do I create an outer layer for Petit Fours. I would also like to know what other different flavors would fit an Alice In Wonderland theme.
