Need Assistance on How to Unlock A V3 RAZR?

i just found my old V3 and i need my old code which i dont know anymore. I Locked everything, i mean everything from the pictures to the settings so there is no way i could master Reset in the phone. i need an a way to unlock or reset everything without going to Settings.

PLEASE I NEED HELP ON THIS
