I keep trying to update my blackberry through the desktop manager software, and it says not to disconnect or you may not be able to use the device. However, it keeps disconnecting on its own, and failing, and says that I need to input a password (for what I'm not sure-I don't have one on my phone. Anyone know how to solve this?
