So I'm almost 29 years old and looking to compete in athletics again. I'm a former high school wrestler and ran sprints and pole vaulted in college (small D3 school, I wasn't all that great). I'm 5'7" and 170 pounds so I'm looking for something that complements my body type. I carry most of my weight in my thighs and butt. Most people think I'm only 140 to 160 as much of my weight is hidden behind pants or shorts. In the past I've squatted and dead lifted over 400 pounds. While my upper body strength isn't very good and while training rigorously with weights could only max bench about 225. Although, I could clean and jerk the same as I could bench press (225 pounds). Anyway I'm looking for suggestions regarding sports that a 29 year old male with my body type would have success? FYI I'm incredibly busy and have only an hour or two or free time per day to myself (if I'm lucky). FYI I don't want a sport that will destroy my lower back and joints. FYI I have no desire to take steroids, GH, or insulin.
