need help on remembering an anime?

this anime is bugging me in my subconcious! all i can remember is this guy shouts BURNING!! i think it was a comedy anime..i thought maybe its slam dunk.but i cant imagine sakuragi shouts burning!anyone out there familiar with this kind of anime?thank you!
