Need help picking a processor?

I am looking at laptops, and I see alot of laptops that have a 2.13 dual core processor running at 667mhz, and others that run at 2.0 dual core and run at 800mhz. Now I'm almost positive that the latter is faster. I was just wondering how fast the 667mhz processor is.

So, I guess my question is, is a 667mhz 2.13 dual core fast, or do I want a 800mhz 2.0 dual core?
