need help removing clutch bell on 50cc moped?

ok so i have a performance clutch to go on but cant remove that 1 single bolt holding it all on. i have tried everything from wd40 to impact wrench i have even caused puncture in the back Wheel. i am desperate to get this off and it has even brought a tear to my eye. just to make sure the bolt dose turn left and i havent been turning it the wrong way.any tips
its a honda x8r-s .49cc 1998

Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.
There may be a special tool to hold the clutch bell.

A 1/2" air impact wrench will loosen just about any fastener.
Bring your bike to a shop - they may loosen the nut for free.
