I've have 2 budgies and I've had them for 2 weeks now. We put our hands in the cage with food and they eat from our hands and everything. They aren't scared when our hand is in there and we have food. But the minute our hand goes in there without food it's total madness. Is it normal that they are doing this? Is there something I should be doing differently?? Please help!!
