Need Help with my pet dog!?

I have a 10 week old shih-zu puppy and around his eyes they are like really red I know I have to take him to the vet but if anyone knows if this is common and if there is anything over the counter that I can give him. THANKS

all that i can suggest is keep them clean and find out from the vet what all you need to do. you never know with these things. you dont want to give him something and make it worst.
