Need help with training programme for the next football season?

I have been looking all over the internet for help with periodization for my training programme and all the sites make it hard to understand. All I need is to know when to work on strength, cardio-vascular endruance, speed and power, and when to work on my footballing techniqe.I am looking ot start this programme in April/May. Need anymore info just ask?
