need ideas for a fashion themed sweet 16...?

hey everyone! im having a sweet 16 at either jacques or lakeside manor which is a special occasions place and i wasnt sure what to do for the decoration and table settings, im having everyone sit where they want so there is no need for place cards. but i need ideas for decorations, centerpieces and favors. so thank you so much for helping me out!
i was think more modern but suggestions for either or would be nice it might help me decide better! sorry for not putting more detail haha
oh and the person who said the bag idea with the tag idea thats so good i think i will do that for a favor!
 
i thought of chanel, black and white, black quilted table runners, some black quilted leather chairs if you can, if the place has curtains, you can tie them with fake pearls, white roses, rent some black mannequins... just remember, black, white, quilt pattern and tons of pearls..

For the favors, go to boutiques or Sephora and ask for either samples or coupons. Get some personalized candy, and on the outside, get tags (like clothing tags) and say "(Your Name) Sweet Sixteen 09"
It'd be cool, if price isn't an option, to set up a form of runway in the center and put a buffet on it.
I don't know, these are probably all shitty ideas.
 
I live in Oahu! Are there guys at your party... would they all like pink? Here are some ideas:

Decorations:
pink balloons
pink flowers
pink streamers
pink beads
PINK PINK PINK

Centerpieces:
flowers or some plant
little doll with pink clothes

Favors:
clothes (cheaper shirts..)
pink candy
hair accessories (clips, hair bands, head bands, etc)
small value gift cards

Games/activities:
Pink winner- have everything be some other color, and choose one table where you will have a pink wrapped favor (candy, hair bands, etc). That person will win and get a prize.
Quiz about yourself- Print quizzes about yourself and test how much each guest knows you. Use the "honest method" and whoever gets the highest score gets a prize (there may be multiple, so buy enough prizes so that everyone who wins gets one).
