AMEN I agree completely with you except I understand the feelings of wanting to harm a neighbors animal. I bought my townhome and I'm stuck. Some really bad "Trash" moved in acoss the way who rents theirs. Fighting, arguments and commotion is the routine with these people. They have mean kids and an outside cat who has been sleeping on my doorstep. My little dog's natural instinct is to chase it but not to harm it. He would just chase it maybe 20 feet then stop. They saw me run the cat off numerous times after sleeping on top of my car and scratching it. They purposefully ran over my little 4 year old dog. If I opened the door and the cat was there, he naturally just took off before I could stop it, I opened the door late one night and they were already pulling in the parking lot and I saw them swerve and it crushed his head. I want to kill the whole bunch of Trash but I have to pray and cry each day. They go on like nothing happened but are protecting that cat now. As soon as I catch it alone, it is one dead piece of crap.
