I do understand that someone might want to kill a dog that barks all night and I don&#039;t blame anyone who tries to do this. But I personally find the noise from builders far more obnoxious and if I knew I could get away with it, I&#039;d rig up some device to make their stupid power tools explode in their faces to ensure they never came back.
