Hey guys, i'm cooking 2 of the 5lb roasts, and i was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on how to bake it. For example, normally i would blast the oven at 500 degrees and cook for 30 mins or so to seal the outside, and then reduce to 200-300 degrees for 1-2 hours to slow cook the inside. I'm just looking for recommendations on the best combination.
Also, can you guys tell me the inside temps for Rare, Medium Rare, Medium, Medium Well, and well done? I keep see conflicting statements. Thanks!
