So i heard from a friend that apparently you can call telus, and negotiate on the phone for either a cheaper phone plan or price for the phone???? is this true?? cuz i want a galaxy note really badly, but the 3 year contract thats about $53/month is just rlly ridiculous :// so if i can actually get the phone for a cheaper plan it would be awesome
