my next door neighbour has damaged my bumper and not told me and i saw him do it but by the time i had got downstairs he had driven off this isnt the first time it has happed as he has damaged another neighbours car in the same way three weeks ago what do I do?
Ask him for his insurance details so you can make a claim against him. If he refuses to supply them too you, as he probably will, go to the police station and report what has happened, then tell your neighbours and advise them to do the same if it happens to them.
I doubt if you will be able to get him to admit or pay for the damage (anyone could claim for anything if this was the case), but if he continues to damage neighbours cars through his bad driving and they keep reporting it, then it should prove to the police what is happening.
