I tried to download .NET framework 3 from the Microsoft web-site and it goes to Microsoft's site and all other sites just fine but when i click on the download a page opens that says "Page Cannot be Displayed" the page i get when i am not online. also i've downloaded .NET Framework from other sites and when i try t install it just keeps saying "Re-Establishing Connection" or "Attempting to Connect" and then ultimately fails after it tries about 5 times.
also the same thing happened when i tried to download the driver for my Xbox 360 controller. to use it on my pc. this is a genuine Windows XP it came with my computer, i just recently wiped the hard drive and re-installed it. any suggestions would help.
also i've tried Firefox and Windows Internet Explorer, both say the same thing.
