As it plays it freezes the whole computer and the only way to get out of it is to restart the computer.It plays the movies with great quality, but soon after a while it just stops. Mouse can't be moved or anything. Even when I get the Blu-Ray movie out it still stays frozen on the screen.(I checked my graphics card and it is up to date)Don't know why it crashes.
