New computer and Iphone...HELP!!!?

I got a new computer and I downloaded Itunes on it as I have an Iphone and I can't seem to get all my songs and stuff onto the new pc. I sync it with the new pc but it erased everything off of it. Is there a way that I can put my songs and video's onto the new pc without erasing it off my Iphone?
