We are a team of college students currently working on a research project about new glass-based input devices.
This new product is based on a touch technology, which is robust and highly resistant against external influences or effects. Moreover, it can be easily and thoroughly cleaned. Engravings, such as controllers or tactile orientation guides on the surface can be incorporated into the design of the product. The product has a modern and compact design. Furthermore, its simplicity enables the integration into any kind of appliance.

As an audio expert, can you think of situations, in which this technology would be useful to you? In which of these situations, would the technology be most useful to you? Do you think that this technology could also be used in other areas apart from audio and car devices?
