Ok so basically i have never picked up a guitar before in my life and today my mum bought me a guitar - The only problem is i dont know what to do with it, The box says as follows: (Body: Linden plywood top, sides & back) Neck: Catalpla, Fingerboard: Maple, Size: 39'', Machine heads: Plastic And Pickguard: Plastic. It also says something about nylon strings - Idk if that means anything but oh well. Im assuming the first thing i'd need to do is tune it but i dont know what its meant to sound like of which way to turn the knobs which i think are the machine heads, So basically can you give me some links, advice or you tube vids that can help me out?
