One of my news years resolutions is to eat healthier. I weigh 120. And im 20 years old. I drink to much coffee cause i get tired out a lot. And i want to cut down on caffeine. First of all how much should i drink of caffeine. Also what types of more healthier foods should i eat. I do not eat steak i do eat other meat though. How much water should i drink. And what types of drinks should i have. Also my exercising how much should i exercise. Can someone please help me with these questions. Thank you for your time and cooperation.

Well you have a healthy weight but that still doesn't mean you are healthy. Ok instead of drinking too much coffee try and get a bit more sleep. I would say one cup of coffee a day is fine. You could eat fish, chicken, veggies...ect.. Try not to eat fast-food. You should drink about 8 glasses of water a day. You should try and stick to juice (orange, pomogranate, cranberry...ect..) and milk, try to really cut back on fizzy stuff. You could try swimming, walking, cycling or join a gym.

Hope i helped :)
