1.Washington Capitals (They are still Washington...And this time no more Theodore, Varlamov will shine)
2.Boston Bruins (Nathan Horton, Tyler Seguin will give them a huge improvement, and Tukkaa Rask will be even better with experience and confidence now + they can trade Thomas and get even more talent)
3.New Jersey Devils (They are still the Devils and will likely win the division)
4.Ottawa Senators (Michalek will be healthy, so will Spezza, Plus they have Gonchar now to help them on the PP)
5.Buffalo Sabres (Vanek will likely be back to his old-self, and Miller is in his prime right now)
6.Pittsburgh Penguins (Added some D, but still lack wingers)
7.Carolina Hurricanes (Watch out for Sutter, and Boychuk, and Ward will be healthy)
8.Toronto Maple Leafs (Versteeg, Armstrong, Kadri are big improvements for Leafs, and they have a steady D, should be an exciting team)
9.Tampa Bay Lightning (Big improvement but still lack Defense, they miss playoffs by 1 point or 2)
10.Philadelphia Flyers (I said this once, I'll say it again, Michael Leighton is NOT a starting goalie)
11.Florida Panthers (Lack defense and the loss of Horton will see Florida wind up missing the playoffs again)
