No CD torrent?

I have a mac and I downloaded this torrent ("SimCity 4 mac•NoCD.dmg"). when I open the mounted file it just looks like an empty CD. When I go into disc utility it says that their are 5 files i the "mounted" file but I can't find them. How do I get to those Files?
 
that doesnt sound right .. it should be an exe file ... find another fix from gameburnworld or somthing .. u do realize of course that a nocd is not the game itself ..
