No colour on Philips dvd-DVP3868G otherwise set is OK. All menu cheaked properly?

I have checked every possible reason to fix no colour problem but failed,perhaps the problem is in the main PCB and I do not have the necesory knowledge to find which chip (IC) is faulty and how to find it.
