no internet but lan is visible?

there's no internet.
i can see all computers in lan, but when i open internet explorer - "the page cannot be displayed" appears.

ok, so your home netowrk does have an active internet connnection?


go into IE and go into options, connection setings, LAN and then turn on "automatically detect proxy settings"

make sure internet isn't blocked for you on your home network

makse sure IE is allwed past your firewall
