No oil comes out of my lower unit when I drain it for the winter.what do I do?

I have a 1995 50 hp murc outboard motor and when I witerize it only a dime size amount of oil came out and there are no cracks in the lower unit that I can see or feel. Is there a seal behind the prop? Thanks
