No OS on Blackberry Bold 9700?

I recently performed an update for my Blackberry Bold 9700, and now I no longer have any operating system. Blackberry device manager was unable to install an OS, including previous versions. I have also attempted to update directly from the blackberry website, with no sucess.
 
I've had the same problem with my Curve and i fixed it. You just need to go to your carrier's website and look for the OS there. Or if you can't, just go to this Malaysian website : www.maxis.com.my And search for the Blackberry page. You should be able to find the OS there. Download the OS, run the Blackerry Desktop Software (if you already have it) and connect your phone to it. The rest should be pretty simple. You can search it on YouTube or Google.

If you cannot find the Blackberry page, just go to google.com.my and type in Maxis Blackberry OS
