No stop light on a 1994 toyota camry csi?

I have a 1994 tOYOTA Camry csi sedan 4door . I've notice that my stop light for the rear don't light up? The tail lights work fine but when I hit the brakes nothing? The fuse is not blown so what should I check for?
oh the bulb are already change with new ones.
 
Try the relay and the brake light switch.If not these then possibly wiring especially the ground wiring.
