nokia 3110!!!?

i hv got tis nokia 3110...but m not able to use its yahoo go! feature...everytime i go for tis feature it says packet data connection not available...please guide me what shud i do?
 
call the serves of your phone carrier (eg) vodafone,telstra....ect the number should be on the home page call them with mobile or home phone
