Nokia 5300 "Message Blocking is active"?

For some reason sometime within this last week, whenever I send a text message. I recieve a message from T-Mobile saying " Free T-Mobile Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active" I find it strange that this just suddenly started happening. Ive gone through all the settings and even restored the phone to factory settings but still cannot get it to send or recieve texts.
