Nokia 5300 XpressMusic, send music via e-mail?

I recently got a Nokia 5300 XpressMusic cell phone. Unfortunatly I don't have Windows XP so I can't download the software needed to use the USB cable. So I am wondering if I can attach an mp3 file to an e-mail and send it to my phone?

I am with Rogers Wireless (Canada). If that matters, thanks in advance. :)
 
you can with some companies, not all companies.

find out what you cell phone uses for emails.

i use Ventones
its a free ringtone site, but for my phone, i receive a link
emails dont work
