I have a Nokia 5310 XpressMusic, and I have some problems with the instant messaging. (Hotmail, yahoo, aim, etc.) I press menu>press "IM and Email"> Instant Messaging> Windows Live Messenger and it freezes. T-Mobile has sent me 2 other phones to resolve the problem but the same thing happens either way. At first, I can sign in, but after that, it freezes. When it freezes, I get out of the screen and when i try again, the screen is blank and I can only see the battery level, the time, my background, and some other icons.
