nokia 5530 problems - help?

my nokia 5530's home screen touch screen isn't working. the shortcut tabs have disappeared and the contacts and telephone tab arn't working. I can't restore factory settings because my phone freezes every time i turn it on. Help

If your phone is under warranty , you can check with nokia care and if you dont have warranty, the touch screen has to be changed

Also visit some interesting tips for mob phones like" how to sync contacts on your phone to-PC?" "E-mail settings for Nokia phones"on,

nokia security code

i forgot my security code of my nokia 5530 now i need to change it but i dont kno what to do... plzz help me out... i've tried that imei thng bt it aint working...
