ok so when i conect my phone to my pc it says connected in non-compatible mode , wich means i cant copy contacts or music or anything , i downloaded the pc suite for it but it still dosent work , and when i go to setting-connectivity-usb cable , it only says do u want to use phone in data storage mode , yes or no , thats it , bc ive seen other solutions where it says i have to change something in the settings of the usb cable , but thats the only thing that pops out when i try to change the settings so can anyone plz help me
