Nokia 6555 Random Power-off?

I own a Nokia 6555, about 6 months old, and it randomly powers off. Whether I am talking on it, browsing through menus, or just sitting there, even with full battery. There doesn't seem to be any significant event to cause it, and so I am at a loss as to how to fix it. If anyone knows anything about this problem, your help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

that happens to my friend sometimes, her problem is that the battery is a little loose and it sometimes disconnects from the rest of the phone.
