Nokia 6670 Problem memory full?

My cellphone is so irritating. I want to transfer a mp3 song, but it keeps on saying "Memory full. Delete some data." or "Not enough memory to receive data. Delete some data first."

Here is my Memories used.:
Memory in use: 39 MB
Free memory: 206 MB
Images: 2706 KB
Sound files: 11 MB
Video Clips: 2285 KB
Messages: 43 KB
Applications: 10 KB


Capacity 245 MB
Used 39 MB
Free 206 MB

Is there something wrong?

Ok i got it.. the problem is your phone memory is less. So all you have to do is this:
1) Delete some data in your message inbox. ( If it has mp3 songs,images)
2) Transfer all the data to memory stick instead of phone memory.
3) Restart your cell phone.
