can somebody please, please, please, tell me where i can buy a nokia cell phone online with out buying the plan with it?... ive had a plan for three years now but i DO NOT have insurance on my phone and it got stolen. now ive been going to every website i could and in order to order a phone wit your credit card online you need to buy the plan too. this is absolute retardation im seeing right now. SOMEBODY PLEASE help me! thank you for helping me but im very upset about all this...
