Nokia BL-S4 PUK Code help :'(?

Hi! I need help really badly :'( and im getting really freaked out... i searched some stuff up online and it said that if i enter the wrong PUK code more than 10 times i will fry my SIM so ive been freaking out since then... i need a PUK code but since im stupid when it comes to this... please help me? and btw... a very detailed explanation would be well appreciated and could you tell me what a service provider for the phone would be? would one be rogers? and how would you find the number to call?
i see... so its not a phone.... but what if u use pay as you go? would you still have a service provider?
 
The carrier/service provider is the name of the company that you will see on the phone's display or on the phone itself. Yes Rogers is one of these. Call them & explain the situation as they are the only ones that can provide the PUK code.

By the way a Nokia BL-S4 is a battery. Not a phone.
