Hi I have a Nokia e63 which is great except for 2 very irritating problems that my crappy old phone could handle but this "smart" phone can't seem to.
1. My back light won't stay on if I am trying to text or call in the dark. It comes on for a few seconds then disappears and I am left guessing which buttons I am pressing.
2. Does not seem to be able to repeat txt alert messages. If I don't hear the text alert the first time for whatever reason, I then miss my text until I look at my phone again, which could be hours later.
I have called Nokia about this but the solution they gave me for the back light didn't work, and they said to pick a longer song for my text tone, which really doesn't help if I do not have my phone on me for a while.
Does anyone have any solutions to these problems? Every other phone I have ever had has been able to do both these things with ease, but it seems the "smart" phone can't
