Nokia Lumia 720 VS. Samsung Galaxy S3 mini ?

I want to buy a new cell phone and i really like the Nokia Lumia 720 and Galaxy S3 mini. Both cost exactly the same from where i'm getting. So i just wanted to ask that which one is better? I am also familiar with android, but have never used a windows phone. Is it easy to use?
Moreover, which phone is more durable and has a resale value?
 
Nokia lumia 720 comes with the powerful Windows Os and which is not an open source software. So it could be costlier .An the looks and style(theme) use in nioka lumia is fascinating . Nokia limia is equiped with a gorgeous camera with anti-sahke technology ,
Samsu g galaxy s3 comes with the andriod which is familiar to you . Andrios is too cheap and samsung spoils its demand .
When we compare both of them nokia lumia had a good battery back up compared to s3.
And the camera used in s3 is cheap compared to nokia . But applications will be 10 times less than andriod as that of nokia .
Nokia had a good speed of of network connection than andriod and system hanging up will be very less in nokia.
