i have a nokia n70 cellphone and when the phone is being charged it does not vibrate the light just goes on and off when you recieve a call currently it is on the silent mode but when i put it on general (ringing mode) the phone rings when the phone is being charged why doesnt the phone vibrate when it is being charged i checked the settings under silent mode as well
