Nokia N95 HELP PLEASE!!!!?

i have about 20 apps and 20 games but i need do a hard reset because my fone is a bit messed up, so i was wondering if with nokia phone suite i did a back up would it back up the games and apps

if not is there antoher way to back off my stuff up?
 
Try using the Nokia suite to extract the apps, put them on a disc or flash drive or smething, and reload them from there.
