So I have the same problem with one person who published this question.and I really liked the answer he/she had to this problem.I don't get really this part of the answer "Install a third part file browser like Y-Browser or X-plore and delete the ‘Cache’ folder in C:/System".What does that mean?

It would have helped to know the whole answer but I suppose it means you need to find some file browser app and install it on nokia ( it's actually an app, if I am not mistaking, very much similar to the windows explorer of your pc, that allows you to browse all the files and system folders of the phone.)
After u install it u just need to find the specified folder and follow the rest of the instructions from that answer.

That means the cache folder cannot be accessed by the user using the file manager. The files you save to your phone that you get from bluetooth and other sources are stored in the cache folder, and that folder can not be accessed manually. So over time, the files stored there become very large, and it only fills up your memory. When the time comes when you use up all 32gb of memory, then you will have to use a 3rd party software to delete the files in the cache folder.
